Robin brings many years of involvement, experience, and enthusiasm in Education at many levels for many years including:

- Primary Teaching - specialising in the Y7/8 area
- Secondary Teaching - a range of subjects including English, Science,and Maths, Y9/10, and ICT to Y13 L/4
- Secondary Admin - Information Services
- Tertiary Teaching- working with Waikato University and EIT in their early BSc program - Computer Science,
- Adult Teaching in the Community Education system; computers.
- Sports - PADI SCUBA Instructing
Robin comes from a family that has dedicated much of their lives to the education of young people, the first tuition centre in the HB area was established by his parents in 1991, and the goal of FLC is continue with the high standards set from those days.
